SHMONES

From different musical backgrounds (and generations), SHMONES (named after a mashup of Ramones and Michael Jackson’s famous phrase) members Mike Hubler, Jonah Drake and George Hartline met in Northeast Alabama at a local coffee shop and decided to blend together their talents for a cover band that would do the tunes they all had a mutual love for but that weren’t necessarily the usual suspects: they play things like “In the Air Tonight” or George Michael’s “Faith” along with chart toppers like “Mr. Brightside” and plenty of Beatles too.
