About this concert
Ska Fighter II: World Tour Edition.
Taking their high octane, self deprecating and self destructive show, Melbourne’s Admiral Ackbar’s Dishonourable Discharge are taking their show on the road.
With barely a breath from the first note to the last, the ska punk pranksters are known for a hyperactive bombardment of upstrokes at a blistering pace, peppering the audience with a barrage with antics that are sure to leave you bewildered, amused or a combination of the two.
Along for the ride, dragged kicking and screaming by their haunches are Melbourne’s The Kittyhawks.
Formed from the ashes of Ska veterans, Sounds Like Chicken, The Kittyhawks have been dazzling audiences with their blend of pop punk, ska and rock.
Currently riding the high of their first full length, From Brass to Bullets, the Kittyhawks join Admiral Ackbar’s Dishonourable Discharge on the road to show the East Coast what the Melbourne Ska scene has to offer.
Joining Admiral Ackbar’s Dishonourable Discharge and The Kittyhawks on the third show of the tour at the newly anointed P.F.R. Lounge will be The Snouts, Radshack and Jodie Flange.
On the four night whirlwind bombardment, the two bands feature some of their close friends and favourite Australian Ska and Punk bands and artists.
