‘Overwhelm’ is the new single from Glenn Echo, the first off an EP set to be released in 2019. Capturing raw emotion, ‘Overwhelm’ sets the brooding landscape of the anxieties of falling in love, the feeling of being overcome by the unknown.
From a single guitar to piercing cellos to a chaotic blossom of sound, Glenn Echo steers the spectrum of movement with his voice, a dark anchor of introspection.
Featuring Matt Gaydar (vocals/guitar), Peter Brownlee (piano/bass), Sam Walker (drums), Iris Dutour and Ziona Riley (vocals), and Austin Hoke (cello), ‘Overwhelm’ conjures the dynamic pulse of a heart in love, where words tangle and patience is necessary.
