As ever Danni was absolutely first class, having not played in the UK for a while you could see there were one or two nerves to start but as soon as the audience noticed who was on stage the nerves were quickly banished. A fantastic performance with tracks from Under the Neem Plumb Tree along with a number of new as yet unreleased songs interspersed with a number of classics such as Travelling Man and A Little Redemption. Then to top it all a rendition of Patsy Cline’s Crazy cemented just how vocally competent an artist Danni is.
Danni is such a great advocate for attending live music events. 100% support from the audiance .

Proudly English, but with a certain mystique informed by her Indian heritage. Musically devoted to Nashville, but raised on rock ‘n’ roll in Bedfordshire. And the creator of original, personal songs that deserve their own category of Anglo-Americana. Danni Nicholls is all those things, and has enjoyed a remarkable few years which include four award nominations, a critically acclaimed third album release, numerous headline tours and a UK wide 33 date tour supporting Shakin' Stevens.
