About this concert
Andrew Scott Denlinger returns to Barraco's Pizza in Evergreen Park IL on May 4th, 2024 with solo acoustic sets from 9:00pm to midnight! — www.andrewscottdenlinger.com — Andrew Scott Denlinger has been a part of the Chicago music scene for quite a while. His brand of American rock n’ roll is as diverse as the city he calls “home.” His fourth single “Things I Should Have Said” is a rock-ballad, written years ago while Andrew was playing Chicago rock clubs with his band Sixspeed. In between then and now, Andrew has toured the nation as the bassist for Chicago country-artist Nick Lynch playing and performing for thousands across the USA. Together they played over 1,000 shows in honky-tonks, clubs, festivals, on ABC Chicago’s Windy City Live, and with a bunch of Country Music’s greatest acts. Andrew Scott’s new single captures that essence of America, incorporating bluesy leads (by Chicago guitarist Mike O’Meara), gospel-esque organ, and heartfelt lyrics that speak to your core. It’s a song written about heartache, love, and friendship, about life and death. It is about falling apart and about moving forward. Ultimately, it’s about making the most of our moments, leaving nothing on the table. Now Andrew Scott Denlinger is out sharing his music and moments with the world. His songs have been streamed over 300,000 times, with much music on the horizon. He is building a steady tour schedule of solo and full-band shows throughout the Midwest, with plans to expand much further. Reach out to book Andrew at your next event, festival, or house show! When asked how he would describe his sound, Andrew says this: “[It’s] a musical representation of the world. …a sonic blending of our humanity and who we are. [My new music explores] the influences in my life: rock, blues, country, grunge, pop, and r&b… that sounds pretty American to me!”
