The Jive Aces

Swing into action this summer at The Oval Bandstand’s first-ever Swing Fest on Saturday, May 25th, kicking off from 12pm until 9pm! Get ready for a day filled with sizzling swing, jive, rhythm & blues, and rock ‘n’ roll, with a dash of boogie woogie thrown in for good measure! The lineup is nothing short of spectacular, featuring the UK’s premier swinging ensemble, The Jive Aces, alongside the sensational Miss Holiday and the Swingtones, and the super talented Lew Lewis and His Allstar Trio, it’s bound to be nine hours of non-stop jumping and jiving! Hosted by the charismatic dance duo JiveSwing, The Oval Swing Fest promises not only electrifying musical performances but also show-stopping dance routines, dance lessons, fun competitions, and top-notch tunes spun by the brilliant DJ Pat da Kat. 12:00pm – Gates Open 1:00pm – Miss Holiday and the The Swingtones 4:00pm – Lew Lewis and His All Star Trio 6:30pm – The Jive Aces 9:00pm – Gates Close
