People R Ugly

People R Ugly is a pop-punk band based in LA. Members include Zak Dossi, Bill Biersy, Julian Delgrosso, and Tristan Kevitch. Drummer Tristan had a dream of playing Los Angeles, without a band, or any original songs. Having spent two years reaching out to various venues, eventually, it was the iconic Whisky A GoGo in West Hollywood that answered with an open slot. With no band, Tristan had to quickly find band mates, produce a name and original songs, and rehearse – he found Zak on Instagram, who then introduced him to Bill and Julian, within five days they had sold out their first show. The story unfolds on YouTube channel Seek Discomfort which has so far racked up almost half a million views. Since starting a year ago in LA, they’ve played 17 shows across LA and have sold out the Troubadour, Whiskey A Go-Go (twice), The Peppermint Club, and the Viper Room (twice) and Venice West.
