The formidable Pussycat is renowned for prowling the audience whilst the adrenaline fuelled Dirty Johnson boys pound out their infectious brand of dirty rock 'n' roll. Like all cats they are hard to pin down and have been described as one of the most incendiary live bands in the UK.
Pussycat and the Dirty Johnsons bring high impact rawr power to the stage, and have managed to capture that unadulterated trash punk assault to the senses on their first three albums; Exercise Your Demons, Dirty Rock’n’Roll and Ain’t No Pussy - all of which received glowing reviews.
Their eagerly awaited forth album; BEAST, will be released summer 2020 on Hound Gawd! Records in vinyl, cd and digital formats. In April/May they are also very pleased to have been invited back to tour Spain following their rousing set on the Trashville stage at Azkena Rock Festival in 2019
Pussycat and the Dirty Johnsons have supported The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Jon Spencer & The Hitmakers, Thee Oh Sees, The Fuzztones, The Polecats, The Rezillos, Bow Wow Wow, Mad Sin, The Damned and many more big name bands. They have played hundreds of shows, including annual tours across the UK and many festivals.
