Sraddha

Śraddhā, accompanied by Tiffany and Alex, will be leading us into this sweet practice of kirtan. Our practice will be repeating mantras - repeated words of love, light and praise. By doing this, we have a way of meditating by concentrating on music, sound, and vibrations. This shall be a practice of the heart; all you need is receptiveness, a smile, and your beautiful presence. This is an event without alcohol or drugs such as marijuana, psychotropics or other mind altering substances (very important for us, thank you for your respect). Lets practice together in mindfulness and higher-consciousness. A contribution basket will be left out for your offering (suggestion of 20$).
