About this concert
Paula Vogel's Indecent is a powerful and poignant play inspired by the true events surrounding the controversial 1923 Broadway debut of Sholem Asch’s God of Vengeance—a play seen by some as a seminal work of Jewish culture, and by others as an act of traitorous libel. Indecent follows the journey of the play's cast and crew as they navigate the challenges of artistic expression and the repression of their voices. Indecent explores the impact of censorship on art and is a moving tribute to the resilience of artists and the power of art to transcend borders and time.

Sarah Aili Music Biography
With a mutual love for stroy-telling & songwriting, Sarah bridges the gap between live music & live theater. You'll find her on the road, in the studio, in the writing room or on stage. She just released a new single, BOUNDARY, & has a second single to be released this Fall. Sarah spent the last three months in Sarasota, FL where she performed an original role in the world premier performance of Ahrens & Flaherty's KNOXVILLE at Asolo Rep. Theater & was part of the original cast recording in NYC at PowerStation to be released this Fall. Sarah is also in the midst of writing a music theater project with collaborator Radney Foster, BACK IN BIRMINGHAM, also the title track of her latest EP. When Sarah is not on stage, you'll find her leading a 5Rhythms Movement Meditation Class or in her art studio working on her new Fall line of handmade wearable goods @LilyBUNK/@sarahailidesigns.
