Kanem X has cultivated a fiery style of guitar playing over the years meddling in hard rock, hard blues, and classic thrash metal. His music takes an instant hold of your senses, navigating you through heartache, joy, perseverance, and passion. He pulls inspiration from guitar heavy weights Slash, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Jimi Hendrix.

Kanem grew up in the college town of Ann Arbor, Michigan, playing music throughout his schooling. Eventually, he moved to Detroit then where he currently lives in Brooklyn, NY.
