Such phenomenal talents. Samara Joy is truly one of the great voices of our time. I knew this beforehand, but seeing her perform live was jaw-dropping. The range, the passion. So many great numbers, gorgeous arrangements, and a fabulous ensemble of musicians. Truly a feast for our ears. I believe everyone in the audience felt as blessed as we did just to be in attendance. Amazing show, if you get the chance to see her. Do.

Samara Joy Biography
With her Verve Records debut, Linger Awhile, 23-year-old Samara Joy makes her case to join the likes of Sarah, Ella, and Billie as the next mononymous jazz singing sensation recorded by the venerable label. Her voice, rich and velvety yet precociously refined, has already earned her fans like Anita Baker and Regina King, appearances on the TODAY Show and millions of likes on TikTok — cementing her status as perhaps the first Gen Z jazz singing star.
