CHRONOMETER

90年代から2000年初期にかけてパンク、ハードコアシーンで躍進したバンド【BENTROOT】のメンバーを中心に結成されたバンド【CHRONOMETER】都内を中心に活動を続けながら、数回のメンバーチェンジを経てデジロック寄りの音源として2015年に1stアルバムをリリース。

2ndアルバムは打ち込みサウンドを廃止し、バンドとしての原点に回帰。ロック、ハードコア、エモ、エレクトロと様々な音楽性を取り込み、満を期してルーツとも言えるエモーショナルなMixtureサウンドにシフト。

３枚目となるアルバムはEvolution（進化）" と "Awakening（覚醒）" を掛け合わせた造語（覚醒進化論）CHRONOMETERが歩んできた軌跡、そしてさらなる進化を体現する一枚。

ラウドロックを軸にしながらも、よりエモーショナルなギターアンサンブルと独創的なボーカルラインにキャリア初の日本語詞も発表。 CHRONOMETER流のフィルターを通して生まれた独自のサウンドは必聴！！ まさにPOST MIXTUREバンドとして東京より発進する。

Born from the ashes of the 90s to early 2000s punk and hardcore scene, CHRONOMETER was formed by core members of the influential band BENTROOT. Based in Tokyo, the band has evolved through several lineup changes, ultimately releasing their debut album in 2015,
showcasing a sound infused with digital rock elements.

Their second album marked a turning point—ditching electronic beats to return to their raw band roots. Blending rock, hardcore, emo, and electronic influences, they fully embraced an emotionally charged mixture sound that echoes their origins.

Now, their third album introduces a bold new concept—Kakusei Shinkaron, a coined term merging "Evolution" and "Awakening." This record captures CHRONOMETER’s journey so far and propels them into new creative heights. Anchored in loud rock, the album features emotionally rich guitar work, distinctive vocal lines, and for the first time in their career—lyrics in Japanese.
