Trey Wanvig

Trey Wanvig is a 22 year-old rocking blues singer-songwriter hailing from Sarasota, Florida. From a young age, Trey was drawn to music, especially the raw and emotive sounds of the blues. His love for the genre only grew as he began to study and emulate the greats such as BB King, Muddy Waters and Stevie Ray Vaughan. In 2023, Trey’s hard work and dedication to his craft paid off when his band became a semifinalist at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, Tennessee. His powerful vocals, soulful guitar playing and electric keys wowed the judges and earned him recognition as one of the most promising young talents in the blues scene. Trey’s passion for music is matched only by his talent, and he continues to write and perform original material that reflects his unique perspective on the world. His music is a blend of classic blues with a modern twist, showcasing his ability to honor the traditions of the genre and push it forward into new and exciting territory.
