About this concert
Na een overdreven lange vakantie maakt Das Pop zich op voor een popfeest van jewelste.
Omdat debuutplaat I Love binnenkort vijfentwintig wordt zou je het een verjaardagsfeest kunnen noemen.
Stichtende leden Bent Van Looy en Niek Meul hebben het over een dolblij weerzien met een batterij strofes, refreinen en jams waar ze al die jaren reikhalzend naar uitgekeken hebben.
In het uitstekende gezelschap van een roedel jonge topmuzikanten (Reinhard Vanbergen concentreert zich dezer dagen op een dissertatie en zijn muzikale projecten) staan zij aan het roer van het onverwoestbare fregat Das Pop.
All aboard, dus, voor een waanzinnige poptrip tot ver voorbij de horizon.
