Killing Pixies carve out their own niche in the gray area of todays underground and mainstream alt-rock, pop punk, and everything in between. Their debut album entitled Love Bite was released on all streaming services May 2023 and their newest project Roxy, a narrative EP about murder, affairs, and female rage, is currently being recordedat 54 Sound Studio in Detroit and is set to release in 2024.The band is a queer, female-fronted group inspired by 90s alt-rock, Y2K pop punk, classic punk, and contemporary and golden era pop, they seamlessly blend these influences into a distinct distinctive musical fusion. Killing Pixies have gained localprominence, energizing stages at events like Motor City Pride, Corktown Music Festival, Stoopfest, and nearly every bar, house venue, or club in southeast Michigan. The groups ambitions transcend their local scene, as their performances have captivated audiences in venues as far as Florida and New York.
