2nd Annual Kentucky Blues Music Festival featuring 2022 Kentucky Music Hall of Fame Inductee Tee Dee Young, along with Rachel Crowe Band and Donovan Howard Trio. FREE to attend. Bring a chair or blanket, sunscreen and bugspray. We will have food trucks, beer, and wine, and kids games to enjoy. Show kicks off at 5PM behind the Hall of Fame in our amphitheater. Donovan Howard Biography
Donovan Howard is a singer songwriter from eastern Kentucky. He is a multi-instrumentalist and has penned hundreds of songs. He has also released three solo albums of original material and a collaboration album with a local bluegrass group that he was a member of at the time. Donovan has been playing music for over 30 years covering styles from country, rock, blues, bluegrass, and gospel and even played in a cowboy band for a short while, but long enough that he wrote a song for that group to record. For the last few years Donovan has been focused on being a full time writer and solo performer He has plans for a country album in 2019 with a new single released ever month.This is available at https://www.donovanhowardmusic.com . If you haven't seen him live you're in for a treat. Each show his main focus is to entertain the crowd. You may cry on one song and laugh out loud at the next. 2018 was a great year and 2019 will be even better. See you down the road.
