Flossy Jones Biography
As a city girl Flossy Jones envisioned a life more than the melancholic monotony of a big city underdog, drifting from bar to bar singing Jazz to keep desire alive. Dreaming of sincere love, authentic glamour and a bittersweet happiness, she channelled her fantasies constructing a dark new reality. Blending cinematic instrumentation and electronic beats, destabilising lyrics led by a sultry vocal line reminiscent of Lana Del Rey, Sky Ferreira and Wolf Alice. A feeling of classic old but exciting new is left clinging to the listener matching the silver screen 'Jessica Rabbit' meets modern day femme fatale appearance of Flossy Jones.
