About this concert
The Brownstein Family band started as a joke on social media when a fan of the bands said “family band featuring Marc, Zach and Jake from Eggy.” This manifestation came to life at Biscoland, when Eggy and the Disco Biscuits were backstage together. The idea brought the bassist of the Biscuits and his drummer son Zach together with Jake from Eggy on guitar, who shares a surname with the duo. The band was rounded out when Eggy keyboardist Dani Battat joined in. The band debuted in January 2024 with a sold out show at Nectars in Burlington, Vermont

Marc Brownstein Biography
DJ Brownie, aka Marc Brownstein, is the bass player of the Disco Biscuits and Co-founder of HeadCount. As a DJ, he is partial to spinning marathon Deep House, Tech House, Disco House and Nu-Disco sets, but has also been known to occasionally throw down down-tempo, hip-hop, and full on Drum and Bass sets. Versatile on the decks and with the genres, one thing that ties it all together is he keeps the dance floor moving and always chooses what to play in real time based off the vibe of the room.
In 2023 he has had prominent slots on both Jamcruise, where he spun a 5 hour mega set deep into sunrise, and Electric Forest Festival, where he electrified the Observatory stage with a set that ultimately ended up as the #1 Tech House mix on Mixcloud and the #10 mix across the whole site. Brownie embarks on his first tour ever to close out 2023
