Growing up, music was always a constant in Alisha's life, and she started writing and performing her own songs at a young age. As a queer artist, ALISHA is dedicated to using her platform to raise awareness of LGBTQ+ issues and promote inclusivity in the music industry. Including some of her queer anthems such as 'Entranced' and 'To Be Honest', ALISHA's debut EP, Electric Impulses, released in October 2022. Taking inspiration from the sounds of the 2000s, the EP's lead single "Without U," is ALISHA's ode to the early 2000s, with its danceable beat and infectious melody that is reminiscent of that era's pop hits.
