PLACES is an American Rock and Soul band based in Denver, CO. Formed in the summer of 2008 in Missoula, MT by the songwriting duo of Tyler Glasgow and Checkers Barker as well as his brothers Branden and Drew. Joined by Jon Hatridge and Devin Welch, PLACES has crafted a dynamic catalog of good old fashioned Americana music. With a sound that is hard to define and a live show that is harder to rival, PLACES has become Denver’t best kept secret. The band is fueled by honest lyrics and a soulful delivery, driven by a dynamic rhythm section, and coupled with three and four part harmonies.
