About this concert
De Special Olympics Nationale Spelen is het grootste multi-sportevenement voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking in Nederland. In Tilburg staan de sporten beachvolleybal, bowlen, golf, handbal, hockey, korfbal, open water zwemmen, paardrijden, voetbal, wielrennen en zwemmen op het programma. Het evenement maakt deel uit van een wereldwijde beweging in meer dan 190 landen die zich inzet om het leven van mensen met een verstandelijke beperking te verbeteren door middel van het organiseren van sportevenementen. De Special Olympics Nationale Spelen wordt iedere twee jaar roulerend door Nederland georganiseerd.
De Special Olympics Nationale Spelen Breda & Tilburg trappen op 14 juni af met een openingsceremonie voor 10.000 bezoekers in Breepark (Breda).

FAIS Biography
Born in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, FAIS grew up in an environment constantly surrounded by music. He soon discovers his own series of heroes starting from Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles, Michael Jackson to John Legend and Alicia Keys, and is determined to pursue singing and songwriting as a lifetime career at an early stage in his life.
From a coincidental encounter with Grammy Award-winning producer and DJ, Afrojack, his talents burst to fruition with massive European hits, “Hey” (now 140 million Spotify streams and counting) and “Used To Have It All” (over 25 million streams). With four songs breaking the Dutch Top 40, FAIS has been awarded the Top 40 "Best New Act", "Most Successful Dutch Act" alongside Afrojack and named "Most Successful Male Singer" of 2018. In the same year, FAIS was awarded the Dutch Buma Award with his latest single “Know You Better” (over 30 million streams) as the most played song on Dutch national radio in 2019.
FAIS is also a prolific songwriter with contributions to hit songs such as “Another Life” by Afrojack & David Guetta featuring Ester Dean, RIAA Latin Gold Certified single, "Wave Your Flag" by Luis Fonsi, RIAJ Platinum Certified songs for Japanese superstar Hiroomi "ØMI" Tosaka and "LOKO" by Christian Pagán representing Puerto Rico on NBC's first season of the American Song Contest 2022 alongside Desmond Child and a royal court of songwriters and producers. FAIS is constantly in studio sessions writing songs with producers and writers from the team of Max Martin and those behind the hit records of Bruno Mars, The Chainsmokers and many others.
