Amindi Biography
Ever the Libra, Amindi is using music to find balance in life. Penning magically contagious lyrics brimming with honesty, the artist is drawing on her first-gen Jamaican heritage, her LA upbringing and her eclectic palette of creative interests to craft her unique sound that reverberates with fans the world over, as demonstrated with her globat 2017 hit Pine & Ginger. In a style she calls “pastel rap,” Amindi is able to skillfully navigate between genres while consistently applying the wit and precision of her pen. With her upcoming EP, nice, out July 28, Amindi is stepping into her craft with more fervor, purpose, and clarity than ever before.
