Boy on a Dolphin

In 2023 Boy on a Dolphin celebrated the 30 year anniversary of the release of their first album ‘Words Inside’ at The Birdwell venue and they are delighted to return this year to showcase new songs !! If you've seen 'Boy on a Dolphin' before, you'll know you can expect an evening of totally original live music, based around John Reilly’s outstanding vocals and the amazing Spanish guitar grooves of Pete Hiley. They’ve played to sold out crowds at The Greystones and Yellow Arch Studios in Sheffield and the Medway Centre in Bakewell and they can’t wait to be back at the Birdwell venue. The original four band members, John Reilly, Andy Needham, Pete Hiley and Darren Ford will be joined by new member Anthony Lomas, so expect a surprise or two, but of course they will be playing all of their greatest songs, including ‘Words Inside, ‘Walking Home, ‘Trapeze’, ‘Life’s a Blast’ and of course ‘Fire’
