About this concert
MSNBC's Chris Hayes will record his podcast "Why Is This Happening?" in front of a live audience at The Town Hall in New York City. Chris will be joined by special guests Tony Kushner, the Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright of Angels in America, and Jeremy O. Harris, actor and playwright of Slave Play. They'll engage in a wide-ranging conversation about politics, spectacle and storytelling during these surreal times.

Chris Hayes Biography
Chris Hayes started playing guitar around age 14. There was always a huge passion for listening to music as kid, which led him to follow his dream of playing music. Currently Chris is a musical composer and ceo of the music production company Salmon Falls Productions. Chris also was a founding member and guitarist of the well-known band Archaic Eclipse. Chris Hayes offers live music entertainment to everyone! whether its a wedding, bar, restaurant, private party anything at all. As a solo acoustic performer Chris has a bunch of his own versions cover songs available to play and also original material.
