Jay Clarke, the newest addition to the Klockworks label, is a rising star in the Techno scene. He is the label owner and curator at BLACKAXON, which launched in 2014, a vehicle to showcase his contradistinctive sound. His sets are built on a solid foundation of knowledge and a discerning selection of Techno and House, and this is what has made Jay become a master in creating a unique journey on some of London’s iconic dancefloors. The past year has seen him play alongside DJ’s including Dave Clarke, Marcel Dettmann, Ben Sims, Shifted, Answer Code Request and Kobosil, as well as releasing two EP’s on his label, BLACKAXON. With his release on Klockworks this spring and another release on BLACKAXON later in the year, the future is looking bright for Jay.
