Jennifer Loyola is releasing her sophomore album, "Glimpses of Indigo" (Produced by Anthony Wright), digitally on October 26th and celebrating with a release show on November 22nd, live at Kensington's Supermarket. The show will also feature performances from Tessah Dunn and Tafari Anthony. Entry on day of event will be $20 (cash only). About Jennifer Loyola: Jennifer Loyola is a singer/songwriter based in Toronto, Ontario. Her first album, "Stronger Than You Know" (Released February 2011, and Produced by Adam Newcomb), features soulful tunes such as "Breakdown" and "Let it Out" along with uptempo, playful tunes such "Rendezvous" and "Strength I Need". Jennifer has completed her sophomore album with Toronto Producer Anthony Wright, which she describes as "a complete departure from my previous sound and more relevant to my current life and experiences". You can expect a more Electro-Pop, 90's-inspired sound in her latest work that she attributes to a renewed nostalgia for the era and influences from her youth, such as Robyn, Hanson, EnVogue, Ace of Base, Britney Spears, TLC and more. Jennifer's upcoming album, titled "Glimpses of Indigo", features eight songs that speak to her past two years of growth and finding her place in among the LGBTQ+ community, "I finally know who I am and I hope that my songs inspire others to take the time to do so as well.
