Across The Swarm について
Across The Swarm is an Italian extreme metal band from Bologna. Originally known as Lacerater, Across The Swarm blends different styles like death, brutal and hardcore with DNB (drum and base) samples. The result is an explosive mixture between old school blasts and modern grooves. In December 2013, Across The Swarm records the first self-titled 5 tracks EP at Sliver Studios (Pursuing The End, The Modern Age Slavery, Amassado) with the collaboration of NK and Sygo from HALLUCINATOR for the DnB samples, and Simone Bertozzi (The Modern Age Slavery, Mnemic) as a session bass player for the recordings. The lyrics describe a reality headed towards destruction through cynical metaphors and cruel images, a dark swarm that devours every truth and takes every form of safety away, dragging the existence into the unknown void. In 2014/2015 the band plays in several live shows with other death metal acts like Amassado, Electrocution and The Modern Age Slavery. In 2015 Damiano Storelli (samples) and Mirco Diana (bass guitar) join the band to complete the line-up. Across The Swarm is actually writing new material for a full length CD and organizing a tour abroad. Line Up EP Francesco A.
