Led by Mannevond’s distinct vocals, Kvass' cunning Norwegian lyrics, and their own takes on songwriting, KOLDBRANN has been at the forefront of the Norwegian Black Metal underground since the early 2000s.

The long-awaited new album 'Ingen Skånsel' (2024) even won the prestigious Spellemannprisen, aka "The Norwegian Grammy", in the category of Hardrock & Metal.

A notorious live band since the beginning, KOLDBRANN are known for their energetic and fierce performances. The "Ingen Skånsel Raid" have seen the band reaffirm their position, with appearances at renowned festivals all over Europe, such as Cosmic Void (UK), Beyond The Gates (Norway), Metal Magic (Denmark), Eindhoven Metal Meeting (Netherlands) and Dark Easter Metal Meeting (Germany), as well as first time performances in Canada, Turkey and Romania.
