Jimmy Stanley, a singer/songwriter originally from Eustis, Florida has made his mark on the Nashville music scene through 8 years of writing and playing shows around Music City. Growing up in a small town, Jimmy raised horses on his parents’ farm. In addition to living the Greek life in college, Jimmy learned to play the guitar, pulling his inspiration from the likes of personal heroes Waylon Jennings, Keith Whitley, Kris Kristofferson and George Jones. When he’s not playing or writing his own music, Jimmy lends his hand to The Bluebird Cafe, a famous Nashville space where the “heroes behind the hits” come to perform their own songs. The Bluebird Café has been a second home to Jimmy since the day he moved to town and he’s spent his time there developing close relationships and learning from some of the biggest and most talented songwriters around. Jimmy was recently a cast member on A&E’s reality series “Crazy Hearts: Nashville,” which chronicled his life as an up-and-coming country star. With his new single “Say You Want Me” about to hit radio, the demand for Jimmy to play shows in various markets has quickly increased. Growing up listening to everything from The Bellamy Brothers to John Anderson, Jimmy’s true passion is performing, and he dreams of a long career in the music business where he can be on stage for years to come.
