ANJXLXE

ANJXLXE (Anne-Julie) is a Montreal-based singer-songwriter whose soulful, powerful vocals bridge R&B/Soul and Pop in French and English. Influenced by Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Beyoncé, and Mariah Carey, she blends timeless soul with modern flair. From intimate local shows to the iconic SOB’s in New York, her debut album, ANJXLXE (May 2025), earned a Gala ADISQ nomination for R&B/Soul Album of the Year. Her single Old School Love broke into the Top 20 of Quebec’s ADISQ Top 100 and the Top 40 on Canada’s MediaBase Main AC chart, while her track Destin stood out on anglophone R&B playlists as the only French-language song, proving her music transcends borders.
