IRAE

Irae’s origins begin in 2017 around the greater DC Metro area. The sound of Irae can be described as creating a sonic experience that was foundational to the formation of Metalcore, and including elements of heavy music that are popular today. Lyrically the songs tell stories of our experiences as people and how the spiritual fits and interacts with these stories.
The music dances between being brutal and ambient. The lyrics provoke both thought and emotion. Any listener is guaranteed to experience an auditory journey.
Irae however, is more than a musical artist. More than wanting to be great entertainers or creating violent mosh pits. Irae exists for one purpose, and one purpose alone.
