Drawing from a working-class upbringing shaped by migrant parents and the industrial steelworks town of Port Kembla, her songwriting transforms personal histories into expansive, compelling storytelling.
With over 15 years of relentless touring across regional and remote Australia, SNEZ has built a reputation as a commanding live performer and a fearless storyteller. Her previous release, Fisher on the Sea, broke through during the pandemic with strong support across ABC and community radio, landing in the Top 10 of the AMRAP charts and awarded the prestigious Songs for Justice Award by the Alistair Hulett Memorial Fund for her track ‘No Points for Me’, performed at the National Folk Festival - cementing her place as an artist unafraid to speak truth through song.
