My first time seeing my favorite singer-songwriter in concert! He did a fantastic job, a very intimate feel to the performance with just himself and an electric guitar.

This was my first time seeing Bill play live and I really enjoyed it. Bill and the band put on an excellent concert. They started with songs from the new album Reality. Then started mixing in songs back to the early Smog albums. I look forward to seeing them play again in the future.

I don't know about this show. Bill seemed to have lost his voice and he seemed a little out of it--he sort of ranted in his query about the price we all paid for our tickets when this information is readily available online, so...? There were some odd moments for sure, but the music was phenomenal; however, I wondered when the first song began and I saw the drummer's hold on his sticks, why there was a jazz drummer for the evening. Once Bill began deconstructing his songs, I understood that we were getting more Smog than Bill. The trouble for me was that I was expecting Bill! After I understood that it was more of a Smog show, I was fine, but there were quite a few people that left the show early. If his voice was on-point this review would have been five stars, even with (what seemed to me) his odd antics.

Great to see bill again (3time) and he never disappoints. QMU was probably a n more appropriate venue for this style of gig and everyone seems to have been in fine mood.

Bill Callahan remains one of the most enigmatic singer songwriters around. He demonstrated his ability to captive and transport the audience through emotional and intellectual explorations of America, the experience of love and loss, and the line between dreams and nightmares. Opener Jake Xerses Fuseell set the tone with exemplary guitar workings of joyous and heartbreaking Americana.

Great show but annoying fancy dancer and loud talkers on (stage right) ruined it for me. Do not stand in front of the sitting girl with the pixie haircut-you're ruining her view!
