Hollowstar began life in St Ives, Cambridgeshire in early 2015 after vocalist/bassist Joe Bonson, guitarist Phil Haines and drummer Jack Bonson, having worked together on a previous project, reunited once more to pursue their love of music. They sought the talent of experienced guitarist Tom Collett, who gelled well due to a shared appreciation for musical influences including Alter Bridge, Black Stone Cherry, Thunder and Slash. Quickly gaining traction since their debut gig, the four haven’t looked back since.
