Brilliant night with Ross Wilson & The Peaceniks. Ross is warm, funny & incredibly talented. The intimate theatre setting made the experience even more enjoyable. Looking forward to seeing Ross again when he next visits.

Ross Wilson was awesome! Sounds just as good as ever and still hitting all those notes! He's just been elevated to living legend in my eyes. He's the consummate front man, just the right amount of talk about the past, life and the band! I loved this show, we had a great time. Highly recommend!

Such a great night of entertainment!! Ross sings with such a strong voice and passion such a great showman . The Peaceniks are such a great group of musicians . 🎹🎸🥁 If you get the chance book your tickets !!

Don’t get me wrong the whole show was great but I found the music over took the vocals a lot which is a shame. The opening act was fantastic and Ross was brilliant. Would see them again

Can’t fault Ross Wilson was a great show But should have come on earlier. Did not need warm up show But venue was bad no aircon so was unbearable People standing in front of our seats couldn’t see blocking view Should have had more seats

The show was thoroughly entertaining. Great selection of his outstanding work throughout the years. He still has a remarkable vocal range and his band were typically of the highest calibre of musicianship. I hope that he will tour South East Queensland at some venue again. He is without doubt one of the best. Keep on rocking Ross. The venue was excellent and staff and security were of the highest standard.

Had the best time. St Andrews Hotel is a fantastic venue for live bands. Ross Wilson and his band The Peaceniks were awesome. They did not miss a beat.

My experience with this event was seamless starting with the Courtesy Bus which was great, dinner at the Grand Hotel was fabulous. Then we arrived at the Hall just after 7pm. There were only a few tables around the perimeter of the Hall. We were told there were only a few seats left & that we may have to stand! People were scrambling to get a seat! The event staff were trying to set up more tables while people were arriving! Considering the Age Profile of the Artist, Ross Wilson who is 77 and the majority of the crowd being a similar age range, 99% were wanting to sit down apart from when they were on the dance floor. The Stage Light on the left hand side was blinding. The Trojan Band were terrific. Ross Wilson is still an incredible, amazing Talent & artist.

As good as any I have seen. Ross had a moment with invalid man brort tears to my eyes. He is a special talent, and great humanbene. Many thanks.

Ross Wilson and Peaceniks..all I can say is one of the best shows I've ever seen. Ross walks all over most international acts I've seen and still has an AMAZIIIIIING voice!!!!!!!! What a showman, and the band were awesome also. Would see them again and again.

We loved the show- he is an amazing performer and still going strong at 77! Loved the set list."State of the heart" and "Cool world" were particular highlights and "Come said the boy" had the whole room singing. Super fun night! The Charles Hotel is a great venue-maybe having more people checking tickets and putting name bands on would have helped the queue move faster. Maybe leting people in earlier than 8pm - like maybe 730pm and having a few more bar stools and seats available for those who cannot stand for too long. Support act was great but maybe not right for the demographic, waiting for Ross Wilson.

Ross never ever disappoints my husband has been seeing him for 30+ yrs and we have been seeing him for 8+ years, THANKS for a great night once again Ross 😍🥰

First time visitors to the venue. First class.. seating was comfortable and great view of the stage..close and personal..we are late admirers of Ross Wilson..we are both 74 and only by chance saw this " cool dude" on a countdown special. We have seen him about 4 times now..state theatre (unbelievable)..Lazottes (fantastic)..Skiffys (unreal)..great band the peacenicks..1 1/2 hours non stop entertainer. It was just a bit loud for me ( ears aren't very flash)..The price was very reasonable and booking on line was a breeze..Great entertainment, great singer..great band..The Best..

What a great venue to host a legend. Ross Wilson is sounding great after his long career. In an intimate venue like The Lounge we felt very special to listen to Ross's play list

An absolute fantastic artist and band. One of the best shows I have seen in a long while and with the added bonus of front row seating. A great night was had. And now all I am playing is the Ross Wilson soundtrack Would gladly book again and give the show a 10 out of 10 The support act Corey Legge as also fantastic. George Murdocca

The show was just incredible. The sound was awesome and all the musicians backing him were top notch. He took me back about 54 years with his performance. Had the crowd in the palm of his hand and they were roaring with approval. I was so happy that I attended, even if the accommodation in the area was quite expensive. The venue was great and all patrons were behaved and friendly. I really hope that I get the chance to see him perform once again. Special mention to all the bar staff who were right on their game.

What a fabulous night. The venue is easy to access, and our included main meal was delicious. Although every table can view the stage, don't worry about where you sit, you get on the dance floor and boogie, in front of the band anyway. Ross was sublime. We heard all the old Daddy Cool and Mondo Rock classics and a selection of Ross' newer material. All in all, fabulous venue, incredible band, brilliant night.

Highly recommend. Ross Wilson can still tell a story, as you remembered the songs all those years ago, Mondo Rock, Daddy Cool. “Eagle Rock” I’ve been playing it for 54 friggin’ years!!!! Wilson said. Love it. My fav’ was ‘State Of The Heart’

Fabulous show, 50 years on -Ross has still got it!! He performed most of his hits +more and told a few tales of how songs came about. He fully engaged the audience and the backing bands were great. Fully recommend….will definitely delight the baby boomers!

Had a wonderful afternoon at the Clarendon Arms hotel. Ross Wilson and the Peaceniks were fantastic, and it was great the way that they mixed old and new songs, and not leaving the most well known until last. Terrific show !!
