We play viols - bowed guitars is one way of describing them - and music from 1501 to the present day. We've played in Carnegie Hall (twice), The Walt Disney Concert Hall, The Wigmore Hall (lots of times), Kings Place and all over the world. We've worked with Elvis Costello, Dame Emma Kirkby, Ian Bostridge and many other fabulous singers. We record for Signum Classics, but many of our recordings are on Harmonia Mundi USA and Erato.
