The only thing I would change is the level of music over the lead singers voice. He has a great voice and a lot of the songs drowned out his voice. Other than that I wish they would have played longer. Only an hour of Nirvana. Would have loved if they played until midnight. Had a great time.

Awesome, I didn’t realize Smells Like Nirvana and Dead Original were the same guys but they both kicked ass. Seven Foot Monkey was pretty cool too. My wife, son and I all had a great time and will definitely see these guys the next time they come to town.

I loved every second of it, the mosh pit, the head banging, I even got to see the bass up close and touch his bass. They are almost identical to Nirvana they played every song I loved I would do it a thousand times over if you have the money in the time go to it it's amazing!

I thought they were fantastic!! Put on a great performance. Very down to earth and chill group of guys... would see them again and hope they come back to Hamilton again... until then rock on guys!!

Excellent show! They covered Nirvana perfectly and Paul captured Kurt's entire essence beautifully. I was transported back to the early 90s and thoroughly enjoyed it! Dead Original original songs were great! I went online after the show to purchase a t-shirt and their album. If you have a chance to see these guys do it!! They do not disapoint!

This was a great show!! The band was high energy and got the crowd going. We took our two teenage boys and they loved it! I would definitely see them again.

Pretty awesome tribute band reliving the songs of Nirvana. So many classics, great interaction with the audience and awesome energy from the band. What I like most, is that they don’t try to sound like Kurt Cobain as in mimicking his voice, I appreciate that. Two amazing bands played before Smells Like Nirvana played. I can’t wait to see them again.

Great fucking show! Their energy was high, covers were amazing, love for Kurt and Nirvana was all around. Will be going again if they come back around.

My boyfriend and I can't to your show on Ohio on October 13, 2023!!!! The show was AWESOME as hell. You guys definitely rocked out. The lead singer almost sounds just like Kurt, if you close your eyes and listen to him sing. My boyfriend and I were standing right in front of where your merch was setup, and I happen to talk to the lead singers girlfriend Amanda for about 5 mins. My name is Amanda as well, so I thought that was awesome!! My boyfriend and I are in the picture you guys took, were in the very back, you can see my boyfriend's arm sticking out in the picture!! Just wanted to let y'all (the band) know, you guys are awesome and play a Amazing show!!!!

It was an amazing performance. My 6 year old and 13 year old love Nirvana. They both had an amazing time and loved the energy of the show. Thank you for the memories.

Great show. Packed house. The crowd was very into the show. The atmosphere was incredible. Fun rock show that I brought the family out to. The band personalized some autographed items for my son that he absolutely loves. The people that work here are always friendly and good at their jobs. They do a good job of bringing in all sorts if different bands to the region. Quaint little old school theater. Cool art on the walls. Not a bad seat in the house. We've been to many shows here and have loved it every time. It's about a 45 minute to an hour drive depending on traffic each way for us but well worth it for the quality shows they put on here. If you get there early, stop by the bar attached next door for a bite to eat. We highly recommend this venue and we definitely highly recommend these bands. I've been out to see them on multiple occasions and they always put on a great show and are a very fan/crowd friendly band. Check them out, Dead Original is their band and Smells Like Nirvana is their tribute band. We will be back to this venue and we will be back out to see this band again as well.

really solid show overall, they sounded great. my only issue is the way they performed polly… they were like celebrating it and having everyone clap along…like, do they even know what that song is about? i get that its a concert and is supposed to be hype but that just didnt sit well with me.

My wife and a I enjoyed both the original music of Dead Original and the Nirvana covers by Smells like Nirvana. We can no longer see Nirvana unfortunately so this was the next closest thing!

Absolutely amazing show. I've been a huge Nirvana fan for 30+ years. They've been my absolute favorite band since around 1991-1992. Kurt passed when I was 11 years old so other than videos online I never got to see him perform live. These guys are the closest you'll ever get to seeing a Nirvana show live nowadays. They are the absolute best Nirvana Tribute band out there. Will definitely be trying to see them live again as soon as I'm able to. They have the look. They sounded amazing. Fun show. Funny banter with the crowd between songs. They cater to and care about their fans and it shows. They even made my son an honorary band member during one of the songs and brought him on stage to help play the bass guitar. He just turned 10 years old and this was the highlight if his life. He told me it was the best night his life, the best Christmas present ever and probably will be the best show he'll eve go to. His 13 year old sister had just as much fun. I've been to quite a few shows over the years including some expensive big name ones and these guys put on ever bit as good and in many ways a better show than many of the big nationally known bands who charge a fortune. If you're considering seeing these guys live, do yourself a favor and go for it. You won't regret it. It's worth well more than the price of admission and definitely worth your time and drive. Support smaller bands and buy some merch at their show too. Love what I got and plan on ordering more from their website when I get paid. This was the first real rock show my kids have ever been to and it was absolutely perfect in every way. Fun and well organized intimate type venue at Avenue 912 in Griffith Indiana. Would definitely come back to this venue again. Everyone there was helpful and friendly. A special thank you goes out to the woman who had an extra table with 4 seats and let us have it so my kids could have a seat if standing became too much for them. The kindness of strangers is sometimes unbelievable. It's been a rough year overall and I was heading into the holidays kind of down this year. This show lifted my spirit more than I thought was possible. Thank you to everyone involved. One of the best nights I've ever had and one of the best shows I've ever been to. You guys killed it. Much love for keeping Kurt's music going alive and strong even into the 2020's both for original Nirvana fans like me and for helping the younger generations get a chance to experience this.

The men who make ‘Dead Original’ are an absolute treasure for today’s generation and mine; I’m 39 years old and the grunge/alternative era of music will forever hold a dear special place in my heart. Kurt especially will forever hold a deep place in my heart, I’ll never forget the first time I saw his face on tv in the ‘In Bloom’ video and how it struck me when I was 10 years old; and I’ll definitely never forget April 8th, 1994…the day MTV reporter Kurt Loder announced Kurt’s death. These guys gave us stellar performances of songs from their own album as well as incredible Nirvana covers!!! Thank you for an awesome unforgettable experience!!!
