Absolutely fabulous!! I enjoyed every second seeing them perform. They put on an amazing show and treat their fans like friends during VIP sessions. They are unbelievably kind to my son who has special needs and enjoyed the way he can participate in watching them sing!!! Thank you for a wonderful night again!

This was my first time to see Unspoken live! They put on an amazing show and I loved hearing their testimony and devotional. The venue was easy to access and the church staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I were able to chat with the band after the concert. Overall 5 stars!!

Excellent event. Very nice church. Church staff were very friendly and they had ample space for all three acts to set up merchandise displays. Youth were selling concessions to raise money. Was sad that the turnout was as little as it was, but it made for a very personal and intimate evening.
I had never heard of JJ Weeks but was familiar with Unspoken and Sanctus Real. JJ opened and acted as MC, as well as giving a presentation for World Concern. ( A Christian Global Relief and development organization). Unspoken played the first half and after a brief intermission for set change, Santus Real played the second half of the concert. The then closed the evening by inviting Unspoken and JJ Weeks back on stage to join them in acapella singing of Amazing Grace. Fantastic event for only $25 and only 30 minutes away. Would definitely attend another concert at Berean Community Church.

Wonderful concert... Very moving stories shared. Loved having a chance to talk to the artist afterward. Sound system was amazing, venue was nice (seats a little uncomfortable), and parking was easy. They even took requests, which was super nice. Overall an awesome experience getting to see this band locally at a church not far from me at a reasonable price.

What a great time of worship and fellowship! This has to be the most underrated Christian band. I am still drawn to band’s transparency and love for Jesus -, mix that with fun, and it makes for an incredible night …not to be missed!

I love Unspoken so much! Attending their concerts always blesses me greatly. This show, Chad called me up on stage and let me sing a verse from Open the Clouds. It’s been a dream of mine since i was little to sing with Unspoken. It’s so funny how God still answers the prayers you forget about. This night will be one I can’t forget. Their worship is beautiful and their souls are even better. Speaking with them after the show, each member is filled to the brim with love and joy. I’m looking forward to seeing them again soon. I’d love for them to come to Des Moines, IA. 🫶🫶🫶

Unspoken: 12/7/22 “You won’t typically catch me at a Christmas concert, as custom goes I settle into hibernation throughout December while stockpiling up on tickets for the following year’s shows. However Unspoken warrants an exception! It’s been way too long since we last saw the band in 2017 and I couldn’t let that happen again. ‘Again’ because the last two events I’ve had tickets to see the band didn’t happen (4/16/20 front row at the Miller Theater GA due to the pandemic, and 2/24/21 at Bon Secours Arena due to Chad testing false-positive that day). There is some history behind Michele & I seeing the Nashville band LIVE more than any other artist with humble beginnings going back to a 2009 Celebrate Recovery concert. When the band returned to our home state later that summer I fB messaged them that if they needed a place to stay overnight they could crash at our lakeside cottage. That’s exactly what they did (and not only one time), messaging back for directions after the show! We’ve all come along way since their meager traveling van was parked street side in front of our home in Wolcott CT to today! Billed as the ‘Awkward Family Christmas Tour’, I was looking forward to meeting the newest additions to the band, Zachery Smith (guitars) and Matt Calloway (keys). It was a Wednesday evening in Martinez GA just outside of Augusta, the first date of an 8 city mini-tour. The doors opened for general admission ticket holders at 6:20 and I hustled in for third row center seats (good view, good sound). The concert start time was slated for 7 p.m. however Daniel Mulkey worship leader for the host church was already in full swing performing with the auditorium filling fast. Daniel with his 2022 debut CD ‘Real’ proved an unannounced first rate opener collaborating on guitar with support from Tanner (last name unknown) for some impressive playing. The sold-out mostly local audience were one hundred percent engaged! …Continued in comments…
…Continued from Caption 1… I caught a glimpse of the setlist as it was being taped on the stage floor just prior to the scheduled artist slots and I zoomed in with my camera for a pic. The thing I feared the most didn’t happen, the artists would each begin with a non-Christmas set much to my delight. The lights went down for opener Iveth Luna from Mesquite TX who took the stage for a three song set. With a strong voice and youthful energy she set the tone for the main event that would include multiple mini sets: Iveth first, then Jason Crabb (regular set), comedian Mickey Bell, Unspoken (regular set), Mickey Bell again, Unspoken (Christmas set), Mickey Bell, Jason Crabb (Christmas set), and rounding out the evening all artists together on stage. Jason Crabb quickly identifying with the audience via a ‘Go Dawgs’ shout drew from a variety of songs highlighted by his 2022 single ‘Good Morning Mercy’. Mickey Bell was a pleasant surprise, surveying the audience by denominational affiliation he brought us all together by finding humor in both our differences and our similarities. There was a serious side however as Mickey used the platform for a means of telling his own story. Bell one time dismissed as a Pastor of a Baptist church in Alabama had sunk into a deep depression that only the restoration God could provide brought him through. It was now Unspoken time! The band which has undergone numerous personal changes over the years boasts the core trio of Chad Mattson (vocals), Jon Lowry (bass), and Ariel Munoz (drums). Joel Rousseau formerly of the band ‘Carrollton’ filled in for Zach as he attended to his father’s health care needs. The 8 song regular set began with ‘Hard Times’ from their forthcoming anticipated July 2023 release. Chad took time to assure us how we as ‘Children of God can see the provision and the love of God sustaining us through all the hard times we go through!’ …Continued in comments…
…Continued from Caption 2… The lead singer who will be celebrating 21 years of sobriety this coming February reflected back on his personal journey reading through a passage from the book of Ephesians. Back to the music, the hits built one upon another, ‘Higher’, ‘Good Fight’, ‘Start A Fire’, ‘The Cure’, all leading up to the #1 ‘Reason’! The band members celebrated their individualities in both their birth states and their ages: Maine, New Hampshire, Puerto Rico, DC, and Atlanta were represented. Each member chose a holiday song representing their decade of music and sang a chorus. Chad’s choice was from Mariah Carey (sung in her original key), Joel chose Springsteen’s version of ‘Santa Claus Is Coming To Town’, Jon’s was ‘You’re A Mean One Mr. Grinch’, and Ariel’s… well the ‘Macarena’ of course! The sound and lighting at times seemed overwhelming for the church setting and more suited to a theater. A number of times the audio ran a sustained 80-90’s on my decibel meter app —it was a must have earplugs evening for a seasoned concert attender such as I. Microphone issues also wove their way throughout the evening but were overcome as artists shared the mics amongst themselves. Mickey Bell consistently made the best of it improving jokes whenever the gremlins came calling during his sets. Early in the evening Michele had texted Jon that we were in the audience, he replied back that they would be hanging around after the show. We were able to catch conversations tracking down Ariel, Chad, and Jon at separate times and places. After five years and five months not seeing the band we were finally able to reconnect thanks to a special Christmas star bringing us back together —i.e. the bright and Morning Star Himself!” Review and photo by DAve (Concert #730)

An old fashioned New England Blizzard couldn’t keep us or our personal friends Unspoken away from one of their favorite haunts in Connecticut - Victory Tabernacle! Great line-up with a number of old school classics on the setlist. I’ll never miss another show when these guys are in town!

When they individually thanked God for his help in different areas of their lives or their prayer need for the future. I've never seen any band do that and it was unique, amazing to see, and showed extreme humility. They are sinner saved by grace who all live real lives & have real needs just like the rest of us. Oh and their sound is amazing. I love the diversity of their music. 100% worth going everytime they're around.

I would give this show 10 stars if possible. The opening acts were Catie Hurst & NorthPoint Inside Out and they were great. They both have tremendous gifts from God. They are blessings in spreading the of our Savior Jesus Christ. Unspoken was headlining and they were incredible. Spectacular show with wonderful messages. I am new to Christian music and I am a fan of everyone on this tour!!! Would repeat this show without hesitation!!!!!!!

Oh my goodness this show was soooooo AWESOME! I loved every minute of it. Catie Hurst is a new girl that opens up for Unspoken and let me tell u what a power house singer she was. She has a wonderful voice that u won’t forget anytime soon. Can’t wait to see what God has in store for her. I bought her CD and my son loves her too. We listen to it a lot. North Point InsideOut was 2nd to go on and man did they keep it going. Their song Death was arrested is sooooo great. Love that these guys love the Lord and there energy for him is so refreshing. Then we finished up with Unspoken. I have always wanted to here them live and now the only problem is I wanna follow them all over to here them sing. Lol They are soooo amazing in person. I love Chad’s voice and how the rest of the band compliment one another. I love how personal the words are to the songs and to see how God is using these guys for his glory and what all they have come thru. It speaks volumes. I have liked Unspoken since 2012 when I heard the song “who you are”. I have all their other songs and love them all. They are one of my favorite bands. I’m so excited they released another album. Hope there is many more to come. It was totally worth my one and a half hour drive. This tour line up is so great. I love all of them together. I wish them all the best and keep letting your lights shine.
LaGrange, GA@Faith Baptist Church
As usual, they did not disappoint!! They preached, sang, played, and inspired in so many ways. Often overlooked, this is an awesome Christian band! They are unlike any of the other Christian bands I've heard on the radio. They sang their most recent song, #thecure. Everyone should hear their album Follow Through. Every song on it is a good one!! It's just one of those fantastic albums where your favorite song changes. I can't wait for the new single #miracle to go to radio. They are a huge blessing!!
Abingdon, VA@Southwest Virginia Higher Education Center
The music was fantastic, the guys were great. They were very nice and easy to talk to. I had a great time and was truly blessed by the testimony and music! My only complaint is, the lighting was horrible! The lights behind the guys were blinding into and the guys themselves, we're in shadows the whole night! That was very disappointing! Otherwise, great night, great group of men.
Seymour, MO@Seymour Nazarene
That was one of the best concert experiences in my life! Their music and lyrics stir your heart and spirit! Plus, they are genuinely nice guys! They filled my soul, and perhaps changed my world! (Added bonus - they performed in a Catholic Church... Great venue!)
