Based in SoCal and comprised of Jeff Miller(Bass/Vocals) from WHITE LIE, Dano(Guitar/Vocals), Mato(Guitar), and Pono Barretto (Drums). Fermented Youth is a band that is many years in the making. Formed in 2010 Fermented Youth delivers raise your fist, straight forward kick ass rock and roll with a groove - the way it was meant to be! The music will get you up and is full of anthem songs you will remember and want to hear again. \m/ (Jeff Miller - Bass/Vocals) Jeff began playing as a teenager in high school and studied bass under Al Manfredi. Influenced by blues, classical and improvisational styles, Jeff's influence of arrangement and melody are what he is known for in addition to his infectious percussive playing style. A driving force behind the power and in the pocket rhythm section that makes up the dynamics of Fermented Youth. Brent joined his first band during High School Chain Reaction / Zodiac and played a number of schools, parties and clubs in the OC area. Then Brent went on to play in Diamond Dust (meeting Jeff), Trixx / White Lie (curently reunited) and Vexx (with Dano) who released the album "Vexx Education" in 1987 to radio air play and world recognition. Additional bands Brent played in more recently were Scarlet Crush Box Car (with Dano on Bass)and Gin Piston (Current) Brent also like Jeff took a very long break from music (skipping the 90"s) until early to mid 2000's when he began drumming again.
