Teatre is the moniker of Lithuanian producer Viktoras Urbaitis, a shapeshifter in the field of experimental electronic music. Moving fluidly between techno rhythmics, sculpted synthesizer forms, and sampling collages, Urbaitis navigates the emotional undercurrents of memory and fragility that lie beneath the surface of the electronic underground.

Initially established within the Lithuanian techno-industrial scene of the late 2010s, the language of Teatre has since evolved into more spectral, dreamlike forms. Active since 2018, Urbaitis has cultivated a singular presence through a prolific series of releases and live performances. Following his 2021 vinyl debut with the noise-tinged EP Vociferate, his subsequent albums Metropolis (2022), Scenes (2024), and Overtime (2025) marked significant shifts toward urban atmospheres, hauntological themes, and expansive cinematic narratives.
