Plane Theft is an Italian alternative duo formed by Tommaso “Tomm” Monaco and Mattia “Sotto” Sottoriva. Originally founded in 2021 with keyboardist and drummer Vittorio “Vitt” Dal Maso under the name Cove, the band made their debut in 2024 with Rain , released through Orangle (now Mendaki). The single earned multiple features across digital and printed media, marking a strong entrance into the indie scene. After Vittorio’s departure, Plane Theft embraced independence, redefining their sound through a blend of raw emotion and introspection—most notably on their alt-rock anthem Sorry, Satan.
