Black Moon June is a hard rock/ heavy metal band from Sweden. The band is known for its variety - the songs range from heavy doom metal riffs to melodic hard rock.

Black Moon June was formed in 2022 by Mathias, Conny and Toby. Later, Chris, Ritchie and Bobo joined the band. (On the debut album, hired gun Jon Skäre plays drums.)

In october 2024, Black Moon June released their critically acclaimed debut album, “The Witch Hammer”. The title track “Under A Black Moon Sky (The Witch Hammer)" is based on a true story - the witch trials during the late Middle Ages. In 1487, the book "Malleus Maleficarum" (The Witch Hammer, in english) was written, causing thousands of people (mostly women) to be executed.

2025 has seen the release of the first and second single - "Madhouse" and "Army Of The Dead" - from the next album, and the band has begun playing live.
