Moonloops is the indie pop project of singer-songwriter Sarah Dekker. What once started in her bedroom with an old guitar and big dreams has since grown into a dreamy magical space adventure that manages to touch nearly 10.000 listeners per month across platforms. Inspired by artists like Big Thief and Phoebe Bridgers, she sings about everything that makes being young both beautiful and complicated: friendship, loneliness, love, and getting lost in your own head.

Moonloops has already played at festivals such as Grasnapolsky (2026), ESNS (2025), Popronde (2023), and Into The Great Wide Open (2025). In 2024, Moonloops released her debut album ‘Little Astronaut, Big Dreams’ on label Polymoon, followed by a successful headline tour through the Netherlands. In 2025, she released the EP ‘an inch left to go’ – a personal collection of songs about growth, identity, and the search for answers.

In early 2027, her long-awaited sophomore album, ‘Cumuli’, will be released. With influences from Big Thief, Djo, and Phoebe Bridgers, ‘Cumuli’ feels like a timeless coming-of-age story with solid band arrangements that bring the magic of her debut album closer to earth.
