&friends is the musical concept and brainchild of San Diego raised, Dubai-based Sean Thomas. Drawing the breadth of his inspiration for these musical works from global cultures, Sean had a vision to create a project embodying tradition, culture, and community - culminating in the coining of &friends.

From New York to Miami, Marrakech, Madrid, Mexico City, Egypt, London, Lebanon, Dubai, Tulum, and beyond - &friends has delivered their message of community and connection to the stages of Coachella Music & Arts Festival, SXM Festival, and countless other venues around the world. 2023 saw all 5 global creators of the collective join Sean Thomas to share the stage in Egypt for a dynamic, one-of-a-kind live performance.

Garnering over 13 Million streams across their early Spotify catalog, &friends has already released on major marquee imprints, having had the project debut on record labels like Th3rd Brain, Armada, Tomorrowland Music, and MoBlack Records. This year has seen &friends officially remix superstar-level artists that include Sofi Tukker, Myke Towers, Bayanni, Ry X, Zerb, and more - in addition to continuing to release their original music via their in-house imprint Hidden Hands.

Since inception, &friends has received support from Pete Tong of BBC Radio 1, Black Coffee, Diplo, &ME, Rampa, Michael Bibi, Blond:ish, Sunnery James and Ryan Marciano, and many more.
