Standard Deviant is a sonically and emotionally dynamic four-piece rock band from Eugene, OR. Formed initially out of difficult life events and the need to process with music, unquestioningly inspired by late 90’s pop-punk/emo but with a musical palette refined and unfettered by traditional genre labels (a conception which they tend to reject on principle) that allows for an exploration of various sonic landscapes.

- Joshua Ireland (drums)
- Justin Stafford (bass)


They are focusing on booking and playing shows for the remainder of 2026, at which time they plan to shift the focus onto the writing and recording of their second album.
