Using a concise palette of harpsichords, percussion, flutes, lush strings, and delicate harps, the artist has invited listeners to experience a nostalgic dream along with him across four albums and many live performances. With the release of "Dolorous Gard," Malfet continues to refine his ethereal blend of rich melodies and evocative field recordings, creating a magical listening space where companions new, old, and departed can exist side by side, questing together in pursuit of the unknowable.
