Inner Sanctum is a five-member Melodic Death Metal band from Freiburg, Germany, that was founded in 2004. Their discography contains three independently released full-length albums. While their first release “Risen To Fall” was predominantly characterized by mid tempo songs, Inner Sanctum has become more and more dynamic and progressive without losing their unique characteristics. “Principle Leader” was well received among the metal community and praised for its “complex guitar arrangements” (www.musikreviews.de). Inner Sanctum has played numerous concerts and festivals with bands like Enslaved, Rage, Tiamat, Finsterforst, The Privateer, Firtan, Unlight or Dreamshade, as well as three tours in Eastern Europe, and is best known for their rousing live performances.
