The Mon
THE MON is the solo project of Urlo, vocalist and bassist of the Italian heavy psychedelic band Ufomammut.
Blending dark folk, ambient electronics, and psychedelic textures, THE MON explores intimacy, ritual, and transformation through immersive and emotionally charged performances.

Previous releases include the debut album Doppelleben and the 2022 follow-up EYE, featuring collaborations with Steve Von Till, CHVE, Sarah Pendleton, and Dave W.

In 2025–2026, THE MON presents Embrace The Abandon, a two-part release moving from fragile acoustic songs (Songs of Abandon) to darker, instrumental soundscapes (Songs of Embrace), conceived as a journey through loss, acceptance, and renewal.

Live, THE MON delivers a minimal yet powerful experience, where sound and atmosphere merge into a slow-burning, hypnotic ritual.
