Noam Bettan

Noam Bettan is an Israeli singer-songwriter born in 1998 in Ra'anana, to a family of French descent. Bilingual, he grew up between Hebrew and French cultures, a dual identity that still shapes his musical universe today, sitting at the crossroads of contemporary pop and singer-songwriter sincerity.

He first gained national attention in 2018 on an Israeli TV talent show, finishing third. He then chose to focus on vocal and artistic development before launching his recording career in 2021. His single "Buba" (2022) has surpassed 9 million streams on Spotify, followed by his debut album "Me'al HaMayim" (2023) and hit singles such as "Madame" and "Sheva Dakot Be-Gan Eden" (2025).

In January 2026, he won the 12th season of "HaKokhav HaBa" (Rising Star), earning him the right to represent Israel at Eurovision 2026 in Vienna with the song "Michelle," co-written with Yuval Raphael. He finished 2nd in the Grand Final with 343 points — Israel's best result since 2018.
